About Natasha

My name is Natasha Vincent and that is me up there but this blog is not about me. Nor is it about my love of spa waxing, drastic hair makeovers or even my whimsical fitness interests (although you may have to indulge me from time to time).

Rather this blog is all about bringing you tips to help you comfortably increase sales and get more loyal clients for your salon or spa business.

Exclusively focussed on salons and spas that are currently, or considering, serving multicultural clientèle, there is a personal agenda.

Don't worry, it's not sinister.

The agenda is multicultural health promotion. So why not focus on helping primary care facilities like hospitals? This quote helps explain:

"Have a bias toward action - let's see something happen now. You can break that big plan into small steps and take the first step right away."
~ Indira Gandhi

What that quote doesn't say is that it is also important to think and act like a personal care marketing professional who is always ready to sell a product, service or idea when the time is right: always focus two steps ahead.

With more than a decade of communications and marketing experience that spans newspapers to software companies, focusing two steps ahead has helped me get results for my own business of five years: a growing health and beauty web site network.

And it is with that same strategic logic - always focus two steps ahead - that multicultural health promotion starts not with chemists in drug labs or hospital administrators or even politicians.

It starts with salons and spas who see the value of serving the multiple shades of people that make up their communities while reaping the business benefits of doing so.

It starts with you. And I am here to help.
